During ICB workshops, participants fill out See the Good cards to practice putting into words the positive attitudes and behaviors they see in each other. These cards are put into each participant’s Be the Good envelopes to thank them and remind them to continue to Be the Good in the World.  Write and send See the Good – Be the Good cards to your family, neighbors, friends, students, and co-workers.  Let’s appreciate and celebrate the good in each other by seeing the good and being the good!
